Amazing, like a coconut macaroon

"I love fresh coconut and this is very true to fresh coconut milk. if you've never had that, then imagine a coconut macaroon and that's what it smells and tastes like. this is my new summer lip shine as it's a perfect summer smell and flavor. the actual product is opaque with shimmer so when it goes on to your lips, it leaves shine and shimmer, but no color."

"this is another summertime favorite. Smells and tastes slightly like coconut. It has a lot of shine and is moisturizing. this can be a little sticky, but overall it is a good lip gloss."

"i love the sweet coconut milk lip shine. it has the perfect amount of moisture. it doesn't have a color or tint to it and that makes it perfect to wear alone or over lip stick. this gives you the perfect amount of shine and it's not sticky so your hair isn't sticking to your lips all day, lol. i love the smell and taste of this lip shine as well. it's not an artificial coconut taste and i really love that. i originally bought this for myself, but i gave it to my mom because she loved it too!"

"this one is very realistic. not an icky, artificial, fake coconut smell. the shine is great and if you like a lack of color - this one's for you. it's protective for the lips and feels great. coconut is not one of my favorite scents in philosophy's line, but it is still a nice product."

"Very natural color on lips with a hint of shimmer. the taste is close to shredded coconut/frosting but not over powering at all. I purchased this a while back on qvc and used it as a after lunch, dinner, breakfast mint..it tastes great and the moisturizing lasts long after the lip shine is gone...your lips feel very soft."

"i absolutely love almost all things philosophy but i have to say as far as food scents go this is by far one of my very very favorites. i think it smells exactly like sweet coconut. i am buying several again because i don't want to be without."

not what i expected

"I really wanted to like this product. I love philosophy and love pretty much anything that i've tried, except for this lip gloss. i expected it to taste and smell like coconuts, and it really doesn't. instead the fragrance reminds me of sweetened condensed milk, and the lip gloss has the exact same consistency as that also. if the name was 'sweetened condensed milk' I may have liked it more. for the price, this just was not what i wanted from nor expected from the product. very sticky also. sorry for the negative review....but this is my experience with it. if it didn't cost as much as it did, my expectations wouldn't have been so high for the product."
