"I had terrible adult acne, painful huge zits on my face, and this stuff cleared it right up very quickly!! I ran out and didnt use it for a couple weeks and I started getting pimples again, so I know that it is the secret agent to clear skin. Lots of people tell me that I look much younger than my age (36), so I think this stuff rocks!!! :)"

"This is by far the best moisturizer I have ever used. I wish I hade discovered it sooner! I have oily skin in some places, but not others, and this makes my face feel great all over, and assists with potential breakouts! I noticed the difference in my skin from the very first application."

"This product was very drying on my face. I applied it in the morning and by the end of the day my face was very dry and because of the dryness it seemed to highlight every little line on my face... ones I'd never seen before or knew existed! it made my breakout prone areas irritated, PROBABLY BECAUSE OF THE ALCOHOL IN THE PRODUCT. i SHOULD HAVE READ THE LABEL BETTER. aNYWAY, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND OPT FOR SOMETHING ELSE."

"december 2007 was the first "secret santa" gift exchange in which my super-huge extended-family participated. the criteria was $50 maximum: that's a lot of philosophy combos of their classics! plus, around the holidays, philosophy has cute limited edition gift sets. i listed dozens of philosophy items i wanted...but *not* this one...yet this is the one i received. i was baffled, and slightly embarassed/insulted - was somebody trying to tell me something? i didn't think i had acne bad enough to receive a gift *not* listed! however, receiving "hope in a bottle" was a happy accident: i rotate use of the "bottle" and the "jar", and my skin has not cursed me with pimples since, even when they ought to be there (i am one-big-ball-o-stress). i still prefer the "Jar", but once in a while, i have to bring out the "bottle" to keep things in-check. it's very gentle, yet effective. great for super-sensitive skin (like mine)."

"When this product says "for congested skin", you think yea right. It completely has been the best thing for me. i was a few months pregnant and my skin had always been breakout prone, but got a ton worse. the lotion started working immediately. love it, hope it one day comes with an spf."

"This has just the right amount of moisturizer while not saturating my face and causing it to break out. I started using this with the purity face wash after my skin started breaking out in my late 30's. all cleared up!"
