"razor sharp" is cutting edge shaving stuff

"for most, it may take some time to get used to "razor sharp", but once you do, you won't go back to conventional shave creams (i'm almost positive you won't). it doesn't make a cool "fizz" sound when dispensed, and it isn't fun & foamy. it's a gel-like lotion in a bottle, and dispenses like a gel-like lotion. i've heard many complaints, and read reviews on other sites, about how difficult it is to "squeeze" the bottle. this is not a bottle for squeezing. use the flip-top to dispense small amounts or unscrew the cap to dispense larger amounts, turn the bottle upside-down, and let gravity do the work. "razor sharp" is truly a gift because it is a huge time-saver. one pass with a single-blade razor (!) works for me (but i'm not a super-hairy girl). i pay a bit more for "razor sharp"; however, i no longer need those fancy "quadruple-blade with protective gel-strip" disposable razors, so i'm saving $$$ and reducing waste."

"I'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR A GOOD SHAVING GEL PRODUCT THAT WILL HELP ME GET A CLOSE SHAVE AND PROTECT MY SKIN. sEVERAL CAME CLOSE BUT NOT QUITE RIGHT. I DISCOVERED THAT PHILOSOPHY HAD A PRODUCT THAT COULD FIT THE BILL AND I DECIDED TO GIVE IT A TRY. i LOVE IT!!!!! IT WOULD BE PERFECT IF THE BOTTLE HAD A LITTLE MORE "SQUEEZABILITY"."

Helps prevent razor burn

"razor sharp helps protect me from razor burn, even when my razor isn't sharp. i have a bad habit of not replacing the blade on my razor until shaving becomes quite uncomfortable. razor sharp is a nice silicon shaving gel that lets me indulge my bad habit by protecting my face so I don't come to work with razor burn or cuts every day. it apparently also works well on legs; ever since my wife tried it i have to pick up a new bottle much more often."

"it doesn't feel like a normal shave gel, and it's not a shaving cream - it's just this indescribable stuff you put on your face/skin and your razor just glides off of it. it doesn't come off easy with the splashing water - it stays in place until the razor takes it away. no nicks - no cuts - and a great feeling after you rinse it all off. highly recommend!!!"

"while the common man is my shave cream of choice, razor sharp was the 2nd product I ever tried from philosophy, (hope in a jar being the first. arizona sun is rough on the skin for that long bike ride to the office). typical man, i expected it to lather up like any other shave gel. instead, this gel went on like a second skin. it wasn't until i started actually shaving that I was amazed by how smooth the razor was against my skin and how close the shave really was.
now I combine razor sharp and the common man for a super close shave that is also very gentle to my skin."
