"I treated myself to this shower gel while on a deployment to Afghanistan. It really lifted my spirits! It smells delicious and made my shower time so pleasant I (almost) forgot where I was. It made me look forward to showers even more, especially after arriving home tired and filthy. It got me clean, made me feel like a girl again, and gave everyone else something wonderful to smell. I got compliments in AND out of the shower. Thank you for making a product that made me feel pampered while serving under austere conditions!"

"creamy rich shower gel that smells like the melons you get in the middle of summer. the ones you can smell sitting on your counter before you slice into them. You just know how juicy and delicious they will taste and you can't wait for that first bite. now you can at least enjoy that scent in the middle of winter in your shower. dead on perfect melon scent. hope they bring back the matching souffle."

"in my opinion, this fragrance smells like bad fruit. It's a sweet fruit smell in the beginning and then this stinky aftersmell hangs around.
It is very creamy, moisturizing and emits tons of bubbles. I just can't get past the smell. i will probably end up putting it in my hand soap dispensers....I wish i would not have bought 3 of them."

"I love this bath gel. The melon scent is right on. I only wish that the scent stayed with you *after* you left the shower. If this came in a moisturizer I would buy it immediately. I highly recommend this for anyone who loves melon."

Philosophy does it again! A 'true' melon scent!

"I purchased this during the 3 for $33 special. This is a great scent! You can actually smell the melon - and its a very authentic and 'true' melon scent. As the other reviewer below me said, its hard to find a melon scent thats not 'fake' or obviously 'artificial' smelling - this smells very authenic! The daiquiri + melon together is a really interesting scent (and brilliant!) very much a 'pick me up' scent and just plain ol' delicious smelling.
I am now the proud owner of 7 philosophy bodywashes and I have never been dissappointed with any of the scents I have purchased. They are very much 'right on' with their scents.
As with all their bodywashes I use, this one too is very high foaming and leaves my skin so soft!
5 stars! ***** thank you again philosophy!!!"

"I cannot fathom why everything melon-scented smells nothing like actual melons. I expected this shower gel to smell like artificially flavored melon candy, but it doesn't. It smells like actual melons, and the fragrance is light--not overpowering."

"I love almost all the philosophy shower gels (I own 8 now!), but I am prone to migraines and can rely on this one and frozen lemon custard when I am suffering. When I am not experiencing migraines, i can use the sweeter or perfumed ones."
