subtle hints of summer

"my husband absolutely lusts this scent and bought it for me to use. i typically go for the more "bakery" or "spicy" type of scents, rather than fruity, but i do like this one if only for his reaction. :) it isn't a terribly strong raspberry scent, but does evoke memories of homemade raspberry sorbet--light, icy, and do i smell a hint of lemon juice? yum! the main drawback for me is that i don't feel like the scent stays with me once i leave the shower."

Great product, horrible scent

"I love all of philosophy's 3-in-1 shampoos, shower gels and bubble baths, but I'm sorry to say that the scent of this product is awful. I've never had a bad scent experience before, but this scent reminds me of nail polish remover. Definetely not the scent i expected."

soft raspberry

"to be honest, at first i didn't care for this one, but after using it a few times i now like it. if you're expecting a really fruity raspberry scent, you might be disappointed. this scent is soft, and to me, is a raspberry mixed with "pretty" scent. that's the only way i can describe it, as it's not a pure fruit scent. it's soft, and "pretty." it's perfect for when i want to feel girly."

Works great, smells OK

"I am not a huge fan of raspberry, but this shower gel smells good enough. the smell, however, could be a bit stronger.

Like all of the philosophy 3-in-1s, this one left my skin feeling clean and soft."

"this shower gel smells wonderful. it has a lovely fruity scent. the raspberry does not overwhlem you... it is just perfect. use raspberry sorbet on hot summer days to relax!"

"I was very surprised with raspberry sorbet shower gel. I keep opening the bottle just to smell it. It smells like a beautiful raspberry fragrance. I wouldn’t mind smelling like this shower gel all day."

great product, ok smell

"i have bought a lot of the philosophy 3-in-1's and am a fan of many. raspberry sorbet however is not one that i would repurchase. i think it's just a matter of my personal taste. someone who loves the berry scents however would be pleased with this. it also terrified me the first time i squeezed it onto a white washcloth. I am happy to report however that none of philosophy's shower gels/bath products have ever stained my linens."

good, but not great

"like all the philosophy shower gels, i love the consistency and the way they feel moisturizing on my skin and in my hair. unfortunately, the scent of this one isn't great like others i have tried. it's not bad, just not great. i love a really strong scent to perk me up, but this one is very faint and has no staying power. i mix it with waffle cone to give it some more oomph."

"this was not what I was expecting. I was hoping for more of a raspberry scent. This is just a little to sweet for my taste. doesn't really remind me of sorbet either. but overall this product is great. I still smell the frangrance a little while after I get out of the shower which i like. Would prefer more raspberry smell though in the product"

"I had high hopes for this scent - i smelled it out of the bottle at a store, but once using it in the shower i couldn't smell it at all. perhaps it's because i've been using the incredibly fragrant red velvet cake, but this scent was a disappointment to me. however, it does everything else it was made to do beautifully!"

"bought this for the hubby, and he was nuts about it, i wasn't too fond of the raspberry sorbet myself, but like all the others, it was moisturizing, incredibly fragrant and lathered well. made the shower smell incredible, like a raspberry pie."

"at first i wasn't crazy about raspberry sorbet, but the more i showered with it the more i liked it. i thought i wanted a stronger scent, but found that the light scent was just right. it makes tons of bubbles (scrubbie poof) and mixes well with other scents such as empowermint or lemonade - yum! it's most refreshing during the warmer months. living in hawaii, i can use raspberry sorbet all year long."

"I TEND TO USE THIS ONE MORE IN THE SUMMER TIME AND IT SMELLS HEAVENLY! I LIKE THIS SHOWER GEL FOR A SHAMPOO AS WELL. THIS ONE MAKES ME THINK OF A WARM SUMMER DAY AND THE RASPBERRY BUSHES FULL OF BERRIES. IT'S NOT TOO SWEET, NOT TOO FLOWER, JUST PERFECT. I'VE GIVEN THIS AS A GIFT SEVERAL TIMES AND EACH TIME IT WAS HAPPILY RECEIVED!"

Light, fresh, and fruity

"this is a very refreshing, but light, shower gel. it has a very clean raspberry scent to it, and i'd definitely agree with its name. to me, this is more of a scent for the summer months, but i will admit that i have so many philosophy shower gels that i rotate through them all year-round. this one does come up a bit more often than others in the rotation. :)"
