great smelling lotion

"I love baby grace lotion and i use it probably more than any other body lotion I have. It is very nurturing and comforting and it just makes me feel good. my job is stressful and right now my life is stressful and baby grace lotion just has that very comforting sent and it is almost like a hug. When I smell baby grace no matter how crazy things are in my life, it makes me feel like things are going to be all right!"

Soft and fresh

"I was told when I purchased this that it smelled a little like downey fabric softner. I can say it might smell like that to some but it's a little sweeter than downy. I found it to be soft and a lovely fragrance, but no baby powder scent . It's a cozy and light scent. It isn't overpowering and it's my 2nd choice after amazing grace. I think this would be perfect for a teen or young girl wanting to start out using perfumed lotions."

"my daughter sent this to me as a gift. This is my favorite lotion. It feels so soft and silky and leaves my body feeling the same. I like to spray on a little baby grace along with it. This is a very relaxing scent. I absolutely love baby grace products."

"this is the first fragrance i put on in the morning, i use it after hand-washing. I put it on my shoulders before bed. it just cheers me up! the sweet colors on the bottle make me smile. the scent is hard to describe -- kind of like a combo between smarties or candy necklaces though subtly floral. it sounds odd, but it works. my little girls love the way mommy smells, too :) even my husband who rarely comments on my scents things this smells just super.

the formula is nice, too. it isn't too rich, though. i wish this came in an additional formula for hands, even a body butter."

"This a soothing, comforting fragrance. I especially like to use it at night time right before bed. it has such a relaxing effect. i wish this fragrance was available in the body spritz."

"i love baby grace and this lotion smells exactly like the spray fragrance. i have been a huge bg fan for years as it was my first ever philosophy purchase. i love to layer this lotion with the shower gel and the spray fragrance. this lotion feels great and it moisturizing and long lasting and makes me feel good since i can smell the fragrance throughout the day. will never be without my 3 bg items."

"this lotion has a soft scent that reminds me of babies, but won't leave you smelling like one. its consistency is rich and luxurious, it is thicker than regular lotion, but not as heavy as body cream, it's perfect to use in warmer weather. it leaves my skin soft, smooth, and supple. what i enjoy most is using it as hand cream right before i go to bed, and the calming, comforting scent just takes me to sleep. bliss...."

innocence and reminicent of a simpler time

"when i wear this fragrance it reminds me of when life was simple, when the hardest part of the day was who to sit with at lunch or waiting for the pink crayon to be available again during free time. this fragrance reminds me of who i was as a child and who i thought i would be as an adult. it makes me want to strive to be that person again.
who knew that fragrance could do all that?!"

Love baby grace!

"i just started using this scent and i am in love with it. it is a very soft delicate clean scent. it smells very feminine. this doesn't smell like baby powder or any baby products to me. it is a very calming scent. it kind of reminds me of fresh linens. it smells very natural. the body lotion itself is very moisturizing and I like the pump dispenser bottle. I love using the matching shower gel and spray fragrance also."

"I would just like to say that i really love this scent! it reminds me of a baby who had just had a bath and the parents put a nice subtle lotion on him or her.... THIS IS MY FIRST TIME TRYING OUT PHILOSOPHY PRODUCTS BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS FRAGRANCE TO PEOPLE WHO LIKE A NICE FRESH CLEAN BUT SOFT SCENT! eNJOY!"

"I thought i would try the lotion first before i tried the other products. This is 1 scent then just doesn't smell good on me. I asked my hubby what he thought, where he comes up with heavy i have no clue, but that was his comment. I hate to say it but it smelled like men's aftershave on me, maybe like a very old scent like English leather, thats the only scent i could think of. so guess i'll just stick with ig.pg, &ag."

"I don't think that the scent of this lotion matches that of the baby grace fragrance. Also, for me this lotion felt a little greasy. I prefer the pure grace lotion which layers well with any of the grace fragrances and falling in love."

Surprising compliment

"a few weeks ago, i was in a department store and the man that was waiting on me told me I smelled good. he asked what i was wearing and i told him baby grace. he said he liked it because it was a soft fragrance and not overpowering as some perfumes can be. I always get compliments on amazing grace or pure grace, but That was the first time i got a compliment on baby grace. I just love it because it is a soft fragance and smells fresh. it is by far my favorite."
