"Like the cinnamon buns shower gel, this lip shine smells just like cinnamon buns, and like the other philosophy lip shines, it works well. it could last just a little longer."

just a bit pricey for little kids

"I bought this for my 2 grandsons who adore the same bath gel. I thought they would love a matching lip balm instead of that nasty chapstick stuff. they love it, they lick it, they like it, it works well, it's just a bit pricey for 2 little boys who lose things a lot. How about a lanyard for them at christmas time?"

"love this lip shine. smells exactly like cinnamon buns, which i love. I always have one of these around for days i want to be calorie free but still indulge in cinnamon buns. gives my lips a nice shine also!"

"this has a light shimmer to it and can tend to be more of a whitish color. I layer it with a darker colored lip gloss to tone something down. it tastes and smells good! Yummy!"

"i applied this lipshine liberally and it left a white, glaze type sheen on my lips similiar to a glazed donut. not a good look. no matter how lightly i tried to apply it, my lips would turn shimmery-white. sorry, not for me."

"i use this every night before bed, and through out the day. I love the sweet, cinnamon smell. Plus, it adds a nice glisten to the lips, with the golden shimmer. It is great!"

"love this !!! not only does it taste yummy, it moisturizes really really well, plus the little gold flecks give off a really pretty shimmer. this smells just like the cinnamon buns shower gel, and the 2 of these are some of my fav philosophy products ! soooo yummy !!!"

"i have loved the cinnamon buns 3-n-1 for a very long time and always have some in my stash. i am a big believer that a true philosophy girl always has cinnamon buns 3-n-1!!!!!!! when i saw that philosophy finally made a matching lip shine i got so excited!!!!!!! i love this lip shine!!!!!!! the smell is almost an exact match to the 3-n-1, i believe the lip shine has a hint more of cinnamon to it. but to me that's perfectly fine :). i love the scent of this, it's soooooooooo yummy! I love the taste of this lip shine as well! i really love how moisturizing this lip shine is. it's not sticky and tacky either. this lip shine also lasts and lasts, i was perticularly suprised at how long it was before i had to reapply. i drink alot of water everyday and this lasted through lots of water and a meal. i also love the fact that this is a clear lip shine with a just the right amount of gold shimmer. it's not sparkly like glitter or like a teenagers lip gloss. also, you can't feel the shimmer on your lips, like some glosses feel like you have craft glitter on your lips. it's perfect all the way around!!!!!!! you can't go wrong with this lip shine!!!!!!! thanks again philosophy for another perfect product!!!!!!!"

"the lip shine provides the perfect amount of lip conditioning gloss too. the cinnamon buns 3-in-1 has been one of my favorite for many years and this is the perfect complement for it."

"Unfortunately this flavor did not work for me. the cinnamon in this lip shine made my lips burn. the scent did not smell as nice as the cinnamon buns 3 in 1 and the taste was pretty bad. It tasted like i rubbed artifical sweetner all over my lips. I did like the way it looked on my lips though (the reason i gave it 2 starts) it's very pretty and sparkly and made my lips look full. it is also stickier than the other lip shines i've tried."

"I love the cinnamon buns shower gel, but the lip shine doesn't capture the same smell. It really smells artificial and turned me away. I gave it two stars because the lip shine consistency/texture is great, it's the smell that's off. . .way off."

"I love this lip shine. Not only does it smell awesome it is a tasty treat that is 0 calories. It really keeps my lips in top condition while giving me a guilt free treat for myself. It is worth every cent you pay for it."

"wonderful warm, cinnamon fragrance! my lips look shiny and pretty, very emollient shine keeps my lips smooth and hydrated.

only drawback i can think of is i forget its lipgloss , and lick the yummy stuff, it smells so good! oh well. less calories than cinnamon frosting, i'm sure!"

unlike any other...

"Philosophy's lip shines are truly unlike any other I have tried, and being a lipgloss junkie so to speak, I have tried many. The "flavor" of this particular gloss [cinnamon buns] isn't very strong, nor is the scent. To me it is just right. Now, the texture, ladies let me tell you. I despise lip glosses that seem to form weird textures (stringy, goopy, etc) after awhile, this gloss stays true through out it's wear-time, which is excellent let me add. This one is sparkly, but what I adore about it is that the sparkles do not separate from the gloss, nor does it feel gritty at all! Just smooth, sweet amazingly shiny delicious, kiss me lips! I am in love! Let me just add too, that while a little steep [at least for me] the quality is what you are paying for. I really feel that all of philosophy's products I have tried so far, I am shelling out the extra dough for amazing quality and not just a fancy brand name. but, it is not for everybody, to each her own! But I am so glad that I found philosophy! (and cinnamon buns lip shine) :)"
