"Philosophys Hope In a Jar in a wonderful product. I have been using it for 5 years and I have been told by several people that I have beautiful skin. I apply it every morning and it gives my skin a renewed glow. I recommend this product to everyone that wants to look young and healthy."

"i have used this product for about 3 years ON OCCASION SWITCHED TO OTHER BRANDS BUT ALWAYS COME BACK TO HOPE IN A JAR. tHIS PRODUCT ABSORBS QUICKLY,GOES ON WITHOUT FEELING GREASY AND MAKES MY SKIN FEEL GREAT."

"I had some early wrinkles on my forehead, and now they are going! this is a wonderful moisturizer, light, but does a great job. It is also good on my combination skin, helping to reduce breakouts."

Can't handle the scent

"I just recently tried the Philosophy brand and absolutely LOVE everything, the feel, texture, scent, results, etc...except...the Hope in a Jar. It smells so bad I'm not sure if I can keep using it long enough to finish the 2oz. container. How can everything else smell sooooo good and this smell soooo bad???"

"I love this product.and use it every day along with the purity cleanser. however, it would be better if there was a plastic type lid instead of cardboard. the cardboard absorbs some of the moisture from the product and when it gets wet it has an unpleasant odor. do not buy the 8 oz size unless there a a couple of people using the product. i found it "broke down" and became soupy in texture and ended up throwing it out. not much $$$ savings there. will buy smaller amount (4 oz) in the future."

"i have not enjoyed this moisturizer at all. after i apply it, if feels like my face gets hot and stays sweaty all day. it makes my eye makeup run (even though it is waterproof). and worst of all is the smell. it is the worst smelling moisturizer that i have ever come across. I had hope, but don't anymore for this product."
