"it's great fun to try all of the new scents but for me it's time to go back and remember what i love about the classics like belgium waffles.

it's warm and buttery, sweet and mouth-watering.

i have heard people say this is the same formula as the old waffle cone but i disagree, this one is warmer and has that buttery note like the melting pat of butter on top of your hot waffle at breakfast. yummm!"

"I love this smell! I don't feel it's too sweet, it's just waffley enough! Only thing that I wish was that the smell lingered a little bit when I get out of the shower. Otherwise, if you love food smells, go for it!"

"When i was little, my dad would make waffles and bacon every sunday morning before chuch. using this takes me back to those times. This 3-in-1 smells just like belgian waffle batter! Often times I'll get out of the shower and want to make waffles. It's very thick, lathers nicely, and wakes me up in the mornings. I have several bottles on hand because my husband and i both use it daily. It's by far our favorite shower gel!"

"I absolutely love this gel - it's my all-time favorite of the philosophy 3-in-1 foodie gels. Perfect for winter, and I can't get over how much it smells just like a warm fresh waffle. i hope this one never gets discontinued!"

"this smells good... don't get me wrong. But, when i opened the bottle, i was like... this doesn't smell like waffles. what a disappointment as waffles is like one of my fav-o-rite foods!! then, my son takes a whiff and is like, yum!! fruity pebbles!!! and...... he's right!! i couldn't put my finger on it until he pointed it out, but he hit it right on the head! it is fruity pebbles! LOL Still... 4 stars because it smells good to me, and as always there is the philosophy quality! but, waffles this ain't!"

"I needed a body wash so i picked up this one because i knew that philosophy was a good brand with many good reviews. so i tried it and i loved it it left my hair super soft and luxurious.
the only this is that the scent does not last long and i wish it did because it smells so good!! thanks for making such a wonderful product!!"

"I was so hesitant to try this. I picked it up when i was out a few weeks ago!!! I should have never waited so long to try. I have been using this every day. Please make this in the 32oz!!! I absolutly love the buttery richness of this scent!!!"

"this is a really pretty scent and it makes me look forward to having to get up in the mornings.it is not overly sweet and it does not have an over powering smell.it is perfect and I can't wait to try the recipe on the bottle!"

"love belgian waffle shower gel. smells exactly like its title and reminds me of my mom making waffles for me when i was a kid. i love the food scented gels, they are so yummy and uplifting and turn a shower into such fun. also makes great bubble bath as it is nice and bubbly and very high foaming."

"this gel reminds me of years ago, when i was a little girl. every sunday morning, my mom would make a huge breakfast of waffles, sausage, etc. this scent takes me back to my childhood, a good place!"

"i was disappointed in the belgian waffles shower gel. it did not smell like I expected. it is spicy and has an odd smell to it. i was hoping for a warm waffle smell with maple syrup or something. i love so many other philosophy 3-in-1's. i hope they go back to the drawing board on this one because the name sounds enticing."

"I really liked this shower gel! It lathers great and smells good enough to eat! My two boys love taking a bath with this! I had to buy another one because mine disappeared from my bathroom, this is common for my philosophy shower gels, even my husband loves them! I will be back for more!"

Not what I expected

"I bought this gel online because of the great reviews, and was sadly disapointed. I personally love philosophy products and their beautiful scents of their shower gels, but this one was less than great. I love belgian waffles, and i was expecting more of a sugary-maple smell, and its more of a buttered black licorice. i would suggest smelling this one in the store before you buy it."

"I BOUGHT PHILOSOPHY'S SERIES OF SHOWER GEL COZ i WAS FASCINATED BY THE MANY DELECTABLE FLAVOURS. IT WAS NOT AVAILABLE IN MY COUNTRY SO I HAD TO BUY IT ONLINE. i CHOSE BELGIAN WAFFLES WAS BECAUSE I HOPED THAT IT WOULD SMELL LIKE FRESHLY BAKED WAFFLES WITH BELGIAN CHOCOLATE. I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISE BY THE FRAGRANCE, EVEN MY MOM LOVES IT.
i LOVE HOW THE FRAGRANCE KICK STARTS MY DAY, HONESTLY THE SHOWER GEL HAS EVEN 'CURED' MY HABIT OF EATING CHOCOLATE. i DO HOPE HOWEVER THAT THE FRAGRANCE COULD LAST A LITTLE BIT LONGER AND HOPEFULLY PHILOSOPHY COULD COME UP WITH A BODY BUTTER OR MOISTURIZER OF THE SAME FRAGRANCE AS WELL."

"I bought this as a gift for someone for christmas. it smells amazing to me .. just from opening the bottle you get a rich baked buttery, vanilla-y, syrup-y scent .. smells amazing! i think this will be a great way to start the day .. just ordered a bottle for myself too can't wait to recieve it! = )"

"I was thinking should I try it or not, so I have it now and my god, I am soo glad I jumped on this!! It smells like waffles with tons of butter!!! I do not how they do it, but I was blowned away how it smells,and my fiance' even likes its!!! He hates all food bodywashes except Philosophy!!! So please try it, you will not regret it!!"
