"this lip gloss is my new favorite .. it's not sticky or heavy .. this color compliments my fair skin, its a golden shimmery color, it's not too sparkly .. it tastes more like pumpkin pie spice than muffin to me but thats ok .. i'm a fool for anything pumpkin and philosophy has amazed me once again!"

comfort food for your lips!

"i purchased this back in the fall and it is still one of my go-to lip shines. the pumpkin bread scent translates nicely in the lip shine and it provides a hint of color to your lips that's perfect for those minimum makeup days. i highly recommend!"

if you love pumpkin bread, you'll love this

"the scent of this is absolutely amazing. i love gingerbread, pumpkin bread, and anything that smells like all spice. this is all those yummy scents in one. it's my favorite lip gloss for winter because it's very moisturizing and such a great scent/flavor. and yes, it does have a nice flavor if you lick your lips (or if someone kisses you), but generally speaking I would avoid eating it.
the only downside of this product is that i think it's a little expensive so i buy it when philosophy.com is having a sale or special.
i've read some reviews saying that this is sticky. i don't find it to be goopy or sticky, but it is definitely a gloss so if you're expecting the texture of chapstick, then you will find this very different. in order to stay on your lips and offer nice shine, it does have to be a bit sticky, but it doesn't get everywhere or make a mess. i put it on without even using a mirror and it looks great.
this particular flavor has a slight brown tint that leaves your lips looking very natural - basically nude."

"i wasn't sure if purchasing this scent was a good idea the first few times i wore it. the spice notes are very strong and made my lips tingle. however, after using this for a little while, the scent has toned down and the color is gorgeous. i typically wear a very nude lip color and this on top is a great companion."

"pumpkin spice muffin isn't my favorite flavor -- pumpkin pie would be a better lip shine. the lip shine provides the perfect amount of lip conditioning gloss too."

great lip shine!

"received this in a trio as a christmas gift. i just opened it. i had opened it last because i thought it would be my least favorite. I actually like this the best. it has a nice pumpkin pie like flavor and scent. it is a little spicy and sweet at the same time. plus, it gives a soft peach shimmer to the lips. leaves lips super soft and not tacky!!"

"I really love the scent of this lip shine. it is a nice pumpkin spice scent, which is not too spicy. I actually like the scent of the lip shine better than the 3 in 1 in this flavor. Very moisturizng and not sticky. It looks gorgeous on too- clear with a slight peach color and mild shimmer. looks perfect with everything and brightens my face!"

"One whiff of this and I thought I was standing in a kitchen where someone just took fresh baked pumpkin spice muffins out of the oven. This smells wonderful and, like all the other flavors, keeps my lips moist and shiny."

"instead of gaining weight all season long indulging in limited time only pumpkin spice lattes at my coffee shop, i have been getting my pumpkin spice fix from this lip shine! It smells wonderful and has a light and moisturizing feel - as well as a soft glowing color. it is my little day brightener! Fewer calories are just an added bonus :)"
