"this shower gel has taken me back to the christmas holidays of my childhood. i opened the seal and i was immediately reminded of decorating gingerbread houses as a kid, using those delicious spicy gumdrops! this has definitely become a holiday favorite in my shower."

"unlike most of the philosophy shower gels, the smell on this one isn't dead-on, but it's pretty darn close. It reminds me of summer and Christmas (when we'd make gumdrop trees) all at the same time."

"it smells like mint...it smells like cinnamon...and the combination is overpowering. do not be deceived by the color into thinking that this is a refreshing spearmint-scented 3-in-1. while there is definitely mint in the mix, the cinnamon overpowers it completely. in the end, the experience is very much like bathing in mouthwash , burning sensation included!"

"every time i think i have a favorite, philosophy does it again! this little gift was a suprise spice treat from the time i removed the protective seal! some say it smells minty, but i'm thinking... almost like the cinnamon hot dots but with spearmint instead of cinnamon. very appropriate for the holidays, but it smells so yummy in the heat of a shower that i could use this every day! move over cinnabuns, you have real competition here!"

"Of the 6 new shower gels I bought/received as a gift from the holiday 2008 collection, Spicy gumdrop was my #1 favourite! I think Philosophy does an especially great job on their spicy scents and this one is certainly no exception. Love it :)"

"i love spicy gumdrop! it is my favorite food scent that philosophy has had. it reminds me of my childhood and eating the spearmint leaves gumdrop candy. and any product that brings back happy memories is a great one in my opinion! i think is smells exactly like the name says."

"This smells interesting and different from all the other 3 in 1's I own. this smells like a mixture of spearmint and cinnamon. I just had to have this for the holidays! It looks so pretty- bright green with sparkles. This is perfect for the holidays but probably not something I would use everyday."

"I got this in the Gingerbread house gift set, and fell in love with it!! Smells just like the sugary spicy gumdrops, so I just had to get the big one!! I have been a philosophy customer for many years, and this is the best scent so far!!"

"really smells like the green gumdrops. I like mint gum and candies. Not quite my favorite to use very often, but it does lather up very good and does give you a burst of mint scent."

"I was so excited about this, but only read the label online- which described it as spearmint.

When I got it, I saw on the recipe, to add cinnamon. I used it- and all I smelled was cinnamon, no mint. The green color is deceiving, too, for being cinnamon. :("

"While shopping with my husband over the weekend, I spotted this in a card store. My husband bought it for me. When I used it I could not believe how much it smells like gumdrops. I would recommend to anyone who likes the smell of spicy gumdrops. I love it!"

"philosophy has done it again...a 3 in 1 that feels and smells oh so delicious! Spicy gumdrop has a wintergreen kind of spearminty scent that is a great morning "pick-me-up"... and the smell of cinnamon comes through too! I love that it shimmers and sparkles and although it does not last after the shower, it makes some really sparkly bubbles that are fun. It's warm, and spicy, and fresh all at the same time"

"I wanted to buy the gingerbread house because it was so cute, however I could not. The gumdrop is so bad. i really did not like this. I was so disappointed. I really love their shower gels."
