when i started using philosophy my main objective was to try to regain my healthy skin...which I did from using philosophy's products.
One Of my best friends had told me about philosophy A FEW YEARS AGO and for her birthdays and christmas'S i wOuld buy her philOsophy prodUcts, especially HER FAVORITE, THE amaging grace scented products. then ONE DAY I started tO read abOut all Of philosophy's prOducts for the skiN, the facial skin tO be exact and the prOdUcts I was interested in i had alsO STARTED TO research every ingredient in the prOducts that interested me. i figured if i am going to put this on my face i want to know what is in these products and i alsO wanted to make sure that the INGREDIENTS were in there for the reason of the products, like moisturizing ingredients in the several moistuRizers THAT philosophy carries.
I was flipping channels one evening about 2-3 years agO and i came across a philosphy presentation On qvc and i MADE MY very FIRST PHILOSOPHY PURCHASE FOR MYSELF AND MY MOTHER AND I called qvc and I purchased the product, it was THE" purity made simple oNE STEP facial cleanSing cloths".
AFTER THAT, then i started to buy a cOmplete facial regimen fOr MY MOTHER and myself. I figured why are we using thESE Over the cOunter prOducts THAT DoN'T REALLY WORK and are loaded with sulfates and FILLERS AND parabens and mOst Of them alsO had mineral Oil in them and i had recently read sOme INTERESTING YET disturbing things regarding THE USE OF mineral oil ON A PERSONS SKIN.
anyway i STARTED TO BUY THE PRODUCTS, THE BASICS THAT ALMOST EVERYoNE WHO USES PHILOSOPHY STARTED To USE AND/OR STILL USE. SO my mother and i started to use the "purity" CLEANSER and "micrordelivery exfoliating wash". I also use the "microdelivery one minute enzyme peel" up to 3 or 4 times a week, but my mother has sensitive skin sO i had gotten her "the great mystery " for her deep cleansing facial. then WE USED the "WHen hOpe is not enOugh (WHINE) facial firming serum", THEn THE " HoPE IN A TUBE" EYE CREAM and finally THE "hope in a jar" MOISTURIZER AND/or THE " whine replenishing cream". my mother and i were using the same products AND WITHIN 3 MONTHS both Of Our skin HAD STARTED TO return BACK TO NICE, healthy, glOwing yOunger AND FIRMER looking skin AND WE WERE / ARE SO HAPPY WITH PHILOSoPHY. I FINALLY FOUND A PRODUCT LINE THAT GAVE US THE RESULTS WE HAD BEEN TRYING TO GET FOR OVER 20 YEARS, ALWAYS TRYING AND BUYING, ACTUALLY WASTING MONEY ON DIFFERENT PRODUCTS AND NEVER GETTING THE RESULTS WE HAD WANTED, UNTIL WE STARTED USING PHILOSOPHY !!!. that was about 2 years ago.
this past christmas i decided that it was time fOr us tO "KICK IT UP A NOTCH" AND i PURCHASED bOth OF US the " miracle wOrker " prOducts, BUt LIKE I STATED BEFORE my mOther has sensitive skin sO i gave her the "miracle worker anti oxidant pads" and I used the " miracle worker retinOid pads". I REALIZE TO GET THE FULL EFFECT FROM THE PADS THAT I SHOULD USE THE ANTI OXIDANT PADS IN THE MORNING AND THE RETINOID PADS IN THE EVENING, BUT MONEY IS A LITTLE TIGHT FOR ME BUT AT LEAST WE are STILL ABLE TO USE THE "MIRACLE WORKER" PRODUCTS.
sO Our new routines were tO cleanse and/or exfOliate FIRST BY EITHER USING THE" PURITY" OR THE "MICRODELIVERY EXFOLIATING WASH", then after we CLEANSED we wOuld START TO USE THE "miracle worker" prOducts. AS I SAID BEFORE MY MOTHER STARTED WITH THE "ANTI OXIDANT PADS", and I started to use the "retinOid pads". we bOth used the pads at night then after using OUR pads we used the "miracle worker concentrate" WHICH IS SUCH A GREAT FEELING PRODUCT and loaded with anti aging ingredients AND THEN WE WOULD APPLY THE "MIRACLE WORKER anti aging EYE CREAM", WHICH, i HAVE TO SAY IS THE best EYE CREAM OUT OF ALL OF PHILOSPHY'S EYE CREAMS AND THEN FINALLY WE APPLIED THE "MIRACLE WORKER MOISTURIZER".
THE "MIRACLE WORKER MOISTURIZER" IS THE ICING ON TOP OF THE PHILOSOPHY CAKE!!! IT IS LOADED WITH ALL NATURAL HYDRATING INGREDIENTS, THE BEST ANTIOXIDANTS, SUCH AS RESVERATROL AND ALSo PEPTIDES FOR THE ABSOLUTE BEST ANTI AGING PROPERTIES IN A MOISTURIZER. IT HELPS TO REDUCE FINE LINES AND WRINKLES, ALSO TO TIGHTEN AND FIRM THE FACE AND ALSO TO SUPPORT NATURAL COLLAGEN FOR HEALTHY, FIRM, RADIANT, GLOWING SKIN.

I WAS REALLY ANXIOUS TO TRY MIRACLE WORKER. I LOVE HOPE IN A JAR AND HAVE BEEN USING IT FOR A LONG TIME. I REQUESTED A SAMPLE WITH MY ORDER AND TRIED IN ONCE. IT BURNED MY FACE SO MUCH I HAD TO WIPE IT OFF. I'VE NEVER THOUGHT MY SKIN WAS THAT SENSITIVE. HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. I THINK I WILL STICK WITH HOPE IN A JAR.

I've been using hope in a jar for many years and thought this would be a good upgrade. Unfortunately, it makes my face break out. I thought maybe it was just a random occurance and stopped using it for a few months. When I started back up, back came the break outs. i hope that philosophy can come out with a product to address signs of aging that is not so heavy.

i normally don't write reviews, but i have to with this product! i first starting using it when it first came out and i'm in love!!! it is so lightweight, but the moisturising benefits are second to none. when i put it on my face feels like silk and it's not greasy. i don't ever want to be without it! thanks again philosophy!

this is a great moisturizer! i have been using this after my miacle worker pads/brightening lotion set. it is very thick, so definitely not to be used during the day if you are wearing makeup. this keeps your skin hydrated and i think between the pads and this, my skin age is getting younger!

THIS IS A THICKER MOISTURIZER SO i USE IT AT NIGHT. I FOUND IT TO BE TOO MUCH UNDER MY MAKEUP. i USE HOPE IN A JAR DURING THE DAY. i WAKE UP WITH THE SOFTEST SKIN EVERY MORNING because OF THIS PRODUCT. i ALSO USE THIS WITH OTHER PRODUCTS IN THE miracle LINE.

This product was a little heavy and greasy, seemed like a step up from cold cream. it made my skin break out in a red rash on my upper cheek bones. I am 52 years old and was hoping for a daytime cream that helps with dry, lack luster looking winter skin. I have returned miracle worker and will stay with hope in a jar.

I love philosophy products and tried using the hope in a jar moisturizer but was really disappointed because i couldn't get past the smell. i was so happy to find this phil. moisturizer that doesn't seem to have any smell! Plus, this one has anti-aging properties which is great as my skin gets older. i really enjoy it & thinks it works well.

I LOVE this moisturizer and use it every night. It never causes breakouts, and I'm very acne prone! My only wish is that I want a travel container. When I travel, the product ends up in the lid and sticks to the paper there and gets yucky. i wish they would offer it in a pump jar, small size, like the eye cream, that would be fabulous.

this is my new favorite moisturizer. i have combination, sensitive skin. i found this moisturizer to be a little too heavy during the hot summer days. but for the winter, or maybe as a night cream all year, it is a must have!
my skin gets really dry and sensitive in the cold weather months. this is the only moisturizer that soothes all irritation and transforms my flaky skin into baby soft, resiliant, beautiful skin!
the texture of this moisturizer is like a gel-cream. when you put it on your face, it melts down instantly into a film of what feels like water on your skin (its water based). At first i didnt like that so much, but that water feel soaks into your skin in a few mins leaving it so soft and comfortable feeling. also, even though i did not try this moisturizer for the antiaging benefits, i really did notice my skin looking kind of "plumper". I definately reccommend this moisturizer to anyone with dry/sensitive, or aging skin.
if you find it to be too "tacky" feeling during the day, than its always a great night cream. it's a bit on the pricey side but philosophy is always having specials here and there and honestly this stuff is so worth the price. there's nothing else like it! Very happy with this moisturizer.

This lotion is so much creamier than hope in a jar. I am using it as a night time moisturizer and hope in a jar as my day time moisturizer. I love the way miracle worker smells, too. It is very fresh and natural smelling. I have very sensitive skin and this lotion calms it down within seconds of putting it on. The first time I used it I thought it was going to be like a balm because of how creamy it is, but it absorbed right in like a drink of water. My face feels very hydrated, but not greasy. This is a wonderful moisturizer. I am young and I am sure that it is too early for me to be using miracle worker, but I just can’t help myself. I love it!

i think this product is philosophy's best anti-aging cream. it's amazing how much technology has advanced in skin care, and the miracle worker cream is an example of just how much better the newer ingredients and technology are.
i used to use the booster serum and retinol caps for my night time skin care, i was crazy about those products. when the booster serum was discontinued i was upset, until i tried the miracle worker cream and realized it really was a much better product and did a lot more for my skin. i have seen my brown age spots fade, my complexion is clear and luminous, and my skin seems to feel" denser". i used to have alot of fine lines above my upper lip--they're barely visible now with my magnifying mirror!
i use this cream, at night, in conjunction with the miracle worker concentrate and the miracle worker retinol pads. i altermate between the two, because i don't need all three things on my face at once--that would be too much for my skin. i think you get more benefits from this cream if used with the concentrate or the pads. this cream also works very well over help me. in the morning, after i've washed my face, my skin just feels amazing and looks clear and radiant.
i've been using miracle worker cream for well over a year now and have never had a reaction, or redness or a breakout from it.
i love the texture and feel of this cream. it is smooth and silky and just glides over my skin, it sinks right in and is not "tacky or sticky". a little goes a long way, you don't need to pile this on. this cream is also very very hydrating, my skin never feels dry when i have it on--even in the winter with the heat on, and at the same time it never feels like "it's too much" in the heat and humidity of the hottest days in summer.
i also use this on my neck at night, i just love this as a neck cream, and lately before i go to sleep i've been putting it on my hands with my hands of hope over it --that is a dream combination, in the morning my hands are "plumped Up' and feel so soft and look less wrinkly. this has become a true multi-tasking cream for me.
i also really like the design of philosophy's packaging. their jars and containers look clean and serious, and don't have a lot of hidious colors or designs on them, they look nice on a vanity tray or a sink counter. and i love that this product is in a jar, i prefer jars for creams--you can get every last bit out and don't waste anything.
there is a lot of value in this jar, and i highly recommend this product. i would love to see philosophy expand the miracle worker line with a neck cream and a hand cream.

Any product with hyaluronic acid will maintain a "tacky" surface feel, which is a sign that moisture is being attracted and held to you skin...the function of this ingredient. I only repurchase moisturizers that maintain that feel throughout the day. If you want slick, get something filled with silicones; your skin will feel slick but once you remove it, nothing lasting has happened--it's just a coating. Quit complaining about what is the very most important feature of this terrific product and be glad philosophy has made something that doesn't simply disappear on your face in ten minutes. Oh, yeah, if you're younger than forty, this isn't for you anyway!

I just turned 49 and so many people think I am in my 30s. I notice when I run out of this (i used to use hope in a jar) my skin gets dull.

i alternate using miracle worker with my other philosophy moisturizers, but only use this at night. for me it's a richer moisturizer, but i like the way that after a few minutes it sinks into my skin without feeling heavy and oily. i have to be careful not to use alot because i have combo skin that does tend to breakout still at times. i love the ingredients in this, they are top notch. this leaves my skin so soft and moisturized. i also use this on my neck and chest area.

i love love love miracle worker. even though i'm young, i have some hyperpigmentation due to acne and i like to use an anti-aging moisturizer at night. this one is absolutely fabulous. it's is absolutely rich and creamy and my skin feels wonderful when i put it on and when i wake up in the morning after using it at night. i definitely see a difference in my skin from using this moisturizer at night and it has really helped my skin recover from some of those old acne issues i have had.

using this every night with the pads has changed my skin. i had pretty good skin to start off with and i have always wanted to prevent wrinkles rather than treat them, so that is why i decided to give this a try. it has taken my "good skin" to the "amazing skin" level in a few short weeks. i also have very sensitive skin and i can tolerate these products well.
